Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom services and downloadable resources have different delivery and refund considerations. Review the rules that apply before ordering.

Custom services
A proposal will state the deposit and milestone schedule. Work completed before cancellation is chargeable. Any unused prepaid amount is reviewed against completed work, committed costs and the accepted proposal.
Cancellation before work begins
A customer may request cancellation in writing. If work has not begun and no non-refundable third-party cost has been incurred, eligible payments may be returned according to the accepted proposal.
Cancellation after work begins
Completed discovery, design, development, content, setup and reserved project time may be deducted from payments received. If completed work exceeds payments received, the remaining balance may be due.
Completed work
Approved and delivered custom work is not refundable merely because business plans change. Defects within the agreed scope should be reported promptly so they can be assessed and corrected.
Digital products
Downloadable products are generally non-refundable after files have been accessed because delivery is immediate. A replacement or appropriate remedy may be offered if files are defective, inaccessible or materially different from the listing.
How to request help
Use the support channel listed on the Contact page and include the order or proposal reference with a clear explanation. Requests are reviewed against the applicable proposal, product listing and work completed.
